I have been using my Garmin GPS 610 Forerunner for a few weeks and I wanted to show you the Garmin Connect. So you get inside the door after doing a run, all you have to do is plug in the ANT agent USB key to your computer (that is switched on) and low and behold…. all your data is transferred automatically to Garmin Connect. Here is my Garmin Connect, i also cover off my Karvonen Heart Rate zone training that I have continued to use since 2008. It works for me as a recreational runner. I also calibrated my foot pod using GPS and then tested the distance and it was spot on to the markers measuring 500m and 1k marker. Well worth the money if you’re dedicated to your sports.
